“A nice flat spolied by the behaviour of the hostess.”
There was no breakfast provided, but the room was large, with a nice view, and had a kettle and tea/coffee facilities. The attitute of the hostess was terrible. Before leaving UK we had arranged to be picked up at Palermo airport for 60 euros, and even messaged her to say our flight had been delayed 1 hour, and messaged her again just before taking off. I then received a message teling me how to get into the flat. I then messaged asking where the driver was and received a reply that he was outside the Arrivals area. We looked there but could not find him and, as it was late evening by then, we decided to take a taxi to the flat. On the way there the host kept calling me but I didnt want to disturb the taxi driver as I was in the front and so switched off my phone. The following day I received messages demanding payment of the 60 euros. On the day we left the hostess was outside the property collecting another guest and was rude to us, over the 60 euros. They then messaged to say they had not found the card to access the room and demanded a further 35 euros !
