“Ottimo”
The welcome was friendly, breakfast plentiful, and the place was clean; the pool service was a bit slow, and the pool’s warm water and relaxed attitude towards misbehaving kids and teens were disappointing.
“Relax totale”
The structure is good, surrounded by a fantastic pine forest; the room is spacious enough, cleanliness is good; the transparent external elevator is very pleasant. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The shuttle to the beach is very convenient and ready. The hotel has great potential but could improve a few things: breakfast could be enhanced with artisanal cakes and more savory options; the minibar in the room should at least be stocked with water; the beautiful pool has a limited operating time of 7 hours a day with a 3‑hour break from 13 to 16; in the afternoon it is used by children who dive and play ball in the water.
The pool is calm at 7 am. If you enjoy peace, skip it. The hotel has no charm, is very noisy until 23 h. It feels like an industrial building.

The location was good, the food was fine, the staff were friendly, and the cleanliness was solid; the entertainment was discreet with a skilled, radio‑style host, but parking was problematic—cars parked under pine and other trees without clear spots or covers, with unruly guests taking up to three spots, and the car had to be taken to the mechanic on return; the relaxation area with a hot tub and heated water was left to the whims of unruly parents and children who made noise and cried.
The hotel has a pool and is close to the sea, with parking inside the premises. From my point of view, the building needs a facelift, and the walkways and roads are not in good condition. The way information was communicated at the start of my stay was not helpful or sufficient.
