The rooms were spacious, but the noise was an issue, and one staff member was rude and ignorant. They didn’t bother to replace bath towels or blankets, and when we asked, she ignored us and said it couldn’t be fixed.

The room size and hot water were fine, but the staff treatment was lacking—only one person, no blanket or towel.

The area was close to shops, but I wasn’t happy with the accommodations.

The location was good, yet the sound insulation failed; the place was extremely noisy all night long.
