The location of the accommodation is excellent, close to everything! Towels are included in the price and there are extra towels available for the beach. The shared bedroom bathroom is huge! The shared rooms lack wardrobes/lockers and curtains, so privacy is limited, but since the rooms have five beds and are separated by gender, this wasn’t a big issue for me. If you want to pay by card they add 8 % extra, and they didn’t inform me about that; when I asked in advance if card payment was possible, they said yes with no problem, which I find incorrect.

“Great value in Santa cruz”

The central location is handy and the street is quiet. Dorm: 4 single beds with a shower/toilet – you can hang the provided towels to dry; no locker. The windows in the rooms are internal to the wall, so there’s a slight breeze; I saw on the level above that the windows open into an internal corridor. The quality check‑in information really sells an experience, but I wasn’t told: the Wi‑Fi QR (different from the room wall in the information) and the strong signal on all levels; the great rooftop terrace (covered/open) with comfy seats, a nice breeze and view; the kitchen – also the breakfast space.
