“Un joyau dans un écrin magnifique”

We stayed six nights and loved everything. The service was wonderful, the staff adorable, and the attention was perfect at every moment. The food was delicious and the breakfast had fresh, quality products. The view from any spot in the hotel is breathtaking. The facilities are perfect, with top‑quality bedding, a splendid pool, and an extra spa. It’s an ideal place to recharge, contemplate, discover, and experience the region’s beauty. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the operators and the whole team for giving us such a beautiful stay. BRAVO.

“Super hotel”

The team was excellent, the hotel was tastefully decorated, the dining was very good, and the breakfasts were superb, though the pool water felt a bit cool.

The staff were very welcoming, available, smiling, and attentive; the setting was a peaceful natural plain, and the meals were varied and high quality, though the lunch price was a bit high. No other issues.

This lovely place has a remarkable staff that justifies four stars; the Sahara suite was only marginally better, but the staff moved us to a chalet where it became acceptable, and the restaurant and menu were superb. The chalet designer clearly ignored WC standards, making them far too small. Checking in at 4 pm was inconvenient because the facilities close at 6 pm, so we barely used them; we were offered to come at noon instead, which would have let us dine and wait for the rooms in the afternoon while enjoying the bar. The management was not very business‑savvy.
