The location was nice and great for photos. The hotel didn’t give military discounts, the bathrobe in the room was dirty with blood stains—probably poorly washed—and the minibar was empty. Most importantly, knowing we were having a wedding, the hotel didn’t even greet us or offer a glass of champagne. That would have been nice, but the hotel didn’t plan for it. Prices were high.

The room was big and clean, and breakfast was good. The staff seemed undertrained. I had the strangest experience at a five‑star hotel: I booked a minibar, but after a 7‑hour drive I found it empty. I called reception, and they talked about alcohol and Ukrainian law. I said I only needed non‑alcoholic drinks and snacks. After 20 minutes, a young man and a young lady entered the room with a tray of non‑alcoholic items and a POS terminal, demanding I pay for everything in advance (about €50). In the end I paid cash only for what I needed because the terminal didn’t work.

Breakfast was superb, but it’s a shame there’s no “caviar” or “oysters” option.

The hotel's location was convenient, and the rooms were cozy. The spa was also great, and the breakfasts were delicious. However, the noise level was a bit of an issue, and the lack of privacy due to the open corridors was a problem. The low ceilings didn't help either.

The location was the main selling point for me, but the breakfast situation was a bit weird. They served breakfast in the room, but there were no photos of the menu online or in the service room, which made it hard to know what to expect.
