Located in central Forbes, the Ben Hall Motor Inn offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, refrigerators, microwaves, and ironing facilities. Each room features an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, toiletries, and tea & coffee making facilities. The hotel is within a 3-minute walk of Lake Forbes, Forbes District Historical Museum, and Forbes Handicraft Centre & Art Gallery, and 10 minutes from Forbes Railway Station and Forbes Golf Club.

Close to the main road, but not noisy at all. The bed was comfy, the room was large, tidy, and clean. The bathroom door needs to be rehung so it doesn’t slam shut when you enter or exit; it’s very hard to maneuver with crutches.

The spot was great and the price was fair; the staff were happy to give us what we asked for.

The motel is in a great spot, just a short walk to dinner options, the bed was comfy, and the room was clean. Most of the rooms seem to be rented out to mine workers, which wasn’t a problem except that they come and go a lot.

The location was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The shower was cramped against the wall and the weak water pressure meant you had to press against it to get wet. The kettle in the room tasted odd, and the replacement was coated in limescale, which made the stay less comfortable.
