The hotel is within a short walk to the balloon festival, the staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast offered many options. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was awful; the shower had mold and the sink was clogged.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the property feels old and the standard room is cramped. We declined a regular room, got upgraded to a suite, which was still small, and the bed was uncomfortable. We cut our stay by two nights and moved to a nearby hotel.

Checking in and out was easy, but some non‑guests were eating in the breakfast area, and there wasn’t much food left for paying customers.
