The owner and staff were very helpful with any issues that arose, yet there was no cell service in the room.

The location was probably the highlight, and the staff were pleasant and quick to respond to concerns or questions, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the window screen was punched out, and both the room and AC unit carried the same odor, suggesting previous guests may have broken the no‑smoking rule.

The floor was wet, the toilet was loose, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, and the price was so high that the experience was bad, especially since there was no pool.

The hotel was fine overall, but it could use a refresh; we could make coffee in the room. During the evening the power cut out three times – it eventually came back, but it was unsettling, and there was some noise outside. The bathroom felt rather tired, and although we asked for a non‑smoking room, a strong smell of smoke lingered inside.
