I was shocked by the hairs in my bed, so I cancelled my booking. The booking platform wouldn’t refund me. This was completely unacceptable, especially since my family and I—20 of us—spent a lot of money dining there for two nights and once for lunch. Why wouldn’t they give me my money back? Nothing positive; I ended up cancelling my booking and staying elsewhere, so the place was gross. Everything was terrible. They didn’t give me a key, so I had to ask for one. The kitchen was a nightmare, and there were hairs under the sheets of my bed as if someone had slept in it and just put the covers on before I arrived. I also had to wait 30 minutes before being let in because no one was around. Apparently they’re closed on Mondays, yet I was still able to book for Monday. There was a guy smoking in the room next to mine, and I had to tell him to stop because I could smell everything. There were also items left in the drawers from previous guests.

Nothing positive. There was no towel, even though it was advertised as having one. The manager said it was a backpacker thing. The toilet was filthy, with random insects and rubbish in it, and the bowl had a strong stench. The bed was broken.
