The location was excellent, right next to the White House, main monuments and the historic centre, with cafés and restaurants just a few minutes on foot – very convenient. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. However, the rooms felt a bit dated and could use a refresh, and the air‑conditioning was quite noisy, especially at night.

The lobby was decent. The rooms and service from reception through concierge to the restaurant left something to be desired.

The hotel’s spot was great, steeped in history with a lovely interior. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The downside was that the price was fairly high for the room’s size.
