The breakfast was a nice regional spread. The lack of support to put the luggage in the room didn’t affect our expectations.

The hotel was good but could improve on cleaning, paint, and hygiene products. I noticed dirty paper in the previous guest’s trash bin.

No complaints. The air conditioning was fine. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself had no faults. The distance to the historic center listed was not accurate; the facilities were poor and the sheets were torn.

The staff were attentive and helped with everything, especially with the pathways. Although the hotel is a bit far from the center, the location is still very good. The facilities were old, the bathroom floor was broken, and the shower box accumulated a lot of water. Another negative point is that the rooms only have two outlets, none in the bathroom, and there’s no mirror. Regarding parking, if the hotel is full, you can’t find a spot and have to park on the neighboring streets.

“Excelente!! Com certeza iremos retornar.”

The hotel is close to the city center by car and offers excellent accommodation. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast staff are very organized. The food selection is also quite varied. The shower handle was loose and slipped, causing me to injure my foot when I opened it, but it’s something that could be fixed with a simple replacement or maintenance.
