The staff were friendly and helpful, especially since we booked at the last minute; the beds were comfy, the linens were clean, and the bathroom was decent. However, the room felt cramped, the air‑conditioner sounded like a truck, the window wouldn’t open, and we could see the AC units outside with pigeon mesh draped over the glass.

The location was fine, but the hotel turned out to be just a regular place despite being advertised as a 4‑star.

The only thing that worked for us was the location.

The rooms were cramped and our room ended up in a strange corner that was hard to reach, plus the reception area had a strong odor.
