I've stayed at this hotel a few times and it's always a pleasure. The staff are super friendly and the animation team is one of the best I've ever seen. They really know how to keep the atmosphere lively and fun. My only gripe is that there aren't enough parasols around the pool, which can make it a bit uncomfortable in the sun.

We were lucky to get a room in a perfect location, right in the heart of the action. It was a great spot to explore the area and we loved being close to all the amenities.

The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. The animation team was also top-notch. However, the food and drinks were a different story - the restaurant food was just okay, but the bars serving food and drinks outside of meal times had really poor quality. The alcohol was also subpar, which made the all-inclusive deal not worth it.

The cleanliness, welcome, and animation were all top-notch, but what really stood out was the lack of baby-friendly facilities - there was nowhere to change a diaper.
