The property was incredible, immaculate and thoughtfully designed in every detail. The staff were equally outstanding, making the experience feel like a 5‑star stay.

The room upgrade felt very special, and the staff were extraordinary. The room was clean and well laid out, and the location and view were outstanding. Customer service went above and beyond, making it a safe and easy place for a single woman to stay. On the downside, there were no instructions for logging into the Wi‑Fi, so you had to join the club to access it. The mini‑bar was far too expensive for what it offered, and the hotel kept adding charges to the bill. The pillows were very lumpy, and the strobe lighting in the hallways was fancy but a bit odd in the early mornings.

Everyone on the staff was lovely and helpful, and dinner at btwn was a real treat. The breakfast buffet offered so many options that it was well worth the price. However, the lighting was confusing; two separate lights wouldn’t turn off with the master switch, and finding a power outlet for one of them was tricky. The bathroom lighting was terribly dim and there were hardly any hooks or spots to hang wet towels. We also stored bikes on the back of our car, but after dinner we discovered the bikes had been placed in our room—there simply wasn’t enough space for three bikes there.
Close to everuthing. Thats our bed didnt have a top sheet, body wash bottle im ahower was broken,.would habe lile an extra blanket in the cupboard too
