The staff were friendly. The bed was a bit hard, and the pillow was a bit too low and soft.

“Very disappointing experience with the front desk and unclear charges”

We called the hotel the day before and told reception we would arrive around 6:00 AM, understanding early check‑in was not guaranteed and that we might pay a reasonable fee. When we arrived, the night‑shift employee demanded MYR 161 for early check‑in in a different room without explaining the charge. When we questioned it, he told us to leave the hotel and wait elsewhere, even though our reservation was confirmed and fully paid. He later offered an upgraded early check‑in for MYR 259, again with no explanation. The morning staff took over at 7:45 AM but did not properly address our concerns or give the night‑shift employee’s name when I asked to file a formal complaint. The room was available at 9:15 AM. I submitted a formal complaint, but the property never responded. The issue was not having to wait for our room or pay for early check‑in; it was the unexplained charges and the completely unprofessional treatment by the night‑shift employee. There was no window, so we couldn’t air the room.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the location was convenient, the room was clean with daily housekeeping, and the bed was comfortable. There was dust under the bed.
