A private balcony or terrace offers a sea‑facing outlook, and the room is air‑conditioned with parquet flooring. Guests can select either one extra‑large double bed or two single beds, and an extra bed or a crib can be added on request, accommodating up to two people. The bathroom includes a bathtub or shower and provides free toiletries. A seating area with a sofa, satellite TV and standard connectivity complete the interior.
“Tres bon sejour au global”
The heated pool faces the beach, the hotel is beautiful with solid infrastructure and quality evening entertainment, and the lounge chairs are good, yet the food was disappointing: breakfast didn’t live up to a five‑star standard, the dinner buffet was pricey (25 euros for my 3‑½‑year‑old), and the dishes were not good at all; lunch was similarly underwhelming compared to other five‑star hotels, which really diminishes the hotel’s potential and forces guests to eat elsewhere.
“Beautiful facilities, but service and organization need improvement.”
The hotel’s facilities were truly gorgeous and meticulously maintained; our room was excellent, comfortable, beautiful, and fully equipped. The main drawback for us was the huge distances within the resort to the beach, pool, and breakfast, and there was no golf‑cart service for guests, which made daily life tiring with small children. Especially at night, when the kids were putting to bed, we had to carry them to the room. We requested transport, but even then it wasn’t always easy or prompt. A coordinated golf‑cart service would greatly improve the experience, especially for families with little ones. Our feelings about the staff were mixed; sometimes they were very friendly and courteous, other times not, which we didn’t expect from a hotel of this caliber. Even at the welcome, we were offered two drinks, with no provision for our two small children. It may seem minor, but these details ultimately shape the hospitality experience.
“Excellent Hôtel”
What a fantastic hotel – everything was ultra‑comfortable.
Everything was great.
“Fair it could be better.”
The room looked nice but wasn’t cleaned properly; the heated pool and beach were great. The service at this hotel was, in my opinion, quite poor and fell far short of a 5‑star standard. For example, the room‑service tray was left outside for more than 24 hours, and I had to call several times to get it. One blanket was shredded, and they didn’t notice it before giving us the room, so we had to call again at night for a replacement. During the buffet, they tried to collect food about 10 minutes early, seemed rushed, and you had to pay for your own soft drinks. Another problem was the absence of a minibar in the room.
