The view was amazing, the room was large with a small balcony that worked well for a Bailey's on ice, but the mattresses needed a bit of TLC, there was no breakfast, and parking was on the 5th floor while my room was on the 10th.

MARKLAND Seaside@ Pattaya ranks among the best and cheapest seafront hotels. It’s right at the beach crossing on the 10th floor. I’ve been a regular guest for years after trying many beach‑road hotels in Pattaya. The large 45‑m² rooms are equipped with everything you need and smart TVs. Security is 24 hours around the hotel and inside. The staff are very friendly, as are all the workers. I strongly recommend it for families and honeymooners. If the management added FREE CANCELLATION for at least 2 or 1 day before check‑in, it would be perfect. 🤩

The spot was spot‑on, right by the beach, and 7/11 was a short walk away; the Indian restaurant and walking street were also nearby. The reception staff left something to wish for.
