“Fenomenal”

Everything was great—definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ll definitely come back. The staff and everything else were fantastic! The only downside is that there’s no microwave.

The location was fine, but the staff treatment was terrible; they couldn’t find our reservation and offered no solution except to call Booking. We spent more than two hours at the reception.

“My day was excellent! The staff were very professional and courteous. I especially like the bartender and the waitresses”

The property was well‑maintained and I especially liked how close it was to the airport, just minutes away with a 24‑hour shuttle. Everything on the property was excellent, except for an air handler that would kick on and make a thump; the room I stayed in sounded like the air filter slammed against the grill whenever the handler kicked on.

A good hotel with nice facilities and good metro access. The reception was zero; they couldn’t find my reservation at check‑in and, even after showing them my Booking confirmation, they refused to give me the room, claiming it was a Booking error, especially the curly‑haired receptionist. After more than an hour of arguing and speaking to another person, they finally gave me the room, as if I hadn’t paid and they were doing me a favor. Zero for the hotel and for Booking; if I can’t speak English, I’ll have to find another hotel, and no one helped me or offered an apology.

“It was a great stay overall, the location was perfect, the staff was very accommodating.”

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, but the bathroom door never locked and the exhaust fan had no switch to turn on.
