Clean and professional. The pool was too small.

The location is nice, we always found parking, and we didn’t encounter any rude behavior. The balcony view was good, the fridge kept things cold. We didn’t receive the welcome‑gift wine (we didn’t ask for it either), towels were never changed during our four‑night stay, the bed wasn’t made properly (zero impact on my quality of life but a first for me), the room was very dusty so I was snoring at night because of my allergy, the mattress springs and the mattress itself were uncomfortable. The single side of the nightstand and the outlet were missing. When the curtains were open, the bed could be seen from the balcony of the adjacent room.
