I was thrilled with the place; the room matched the photos perfectly, and on the opposite side of the building there’s a huge pool with warm water. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff spoke English fluently. I’d definitely come back.

The setting is beautiful and the food is very good, but the wellness area wasn’t clean.

The location is perfect for getting on and off the Transfăgărășan, and the accommodation feels like a well‑run family business. Parking is available, and the outdoor area is very nice, even featuring a kids’ playground. Lots of new construction, plus a restaurant with a terrace. Everything stays relaxed: even when it rained, nobody collapsed the umbrellas or cleared the terrace. The food is local and good, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is very fair. The breakfast, however, was a bit chaotic with many guests at once; coffee had to be fetched from the hotel bar, the buffet was poorly restocked, and it barely satisfied hunger—plus the selection was very limited and nothing special.
