We booked this property to celebrate a special day, and they upgraded our room and arranged a cozy candle‑light dinner to make it memorable. The staff were highly supportive and kind, the rooms were clean, the food very delicious, and overall the property was great for staying and relaxing. The only downside was that the location is hard to reach for those without their own vehicle, but that didn’t bother us.

The hotel's stunning setting, surrounded by the breathtaking Jawai Hills, was a major draw for me. However, the plunge pool in our room, which offered a unique jungle experience, was unfortunately not as clean as I'd have liked, despite the staff's best efforts to keep it tidy. While the room itself was lovely, I found the beds to be somewhat lacking in comfort and the toiletries could have been of a higher quality.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local area, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was small but spotlessly clean, and the food was surprisingly good, especially considering the price. I was also really impressed with the value for money on the safaris they offered - it was a great way to see the local wildlife without breaking the bank. However, the lack of wifi was a bit of a letdown, especially for someone who's used to being connected all the time.
