“Feeling like a scam”

I was really looking forward to my stay, but things started off on the wrong foot when I arrived to find no reception desk. I had to deal with an older woman who asked for my photo and gave me a quote of around 800,000 VND for two nights. But when I went down to pay the next day, they told me I'd been given the wrong room and demanded an extra 1,000,000 VND. It felt like a scam - I'd already informed them and provided my booking code, but they gave me a different room and charged me more.

The hotel's location was perfect for getting to the airport - it's just a 10-minute walk away. I was really impressed with how convenient it was. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but it was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great choice for a quick overnight stay.
