“Posh camping”

The cute barrels, the fire pit, and the location were great, and I slept really well! Everything was very clean, and the staff were helpful with directions and pre‑stay communication. I couldn’t use the fire pit because it looked very dry when we arrived, and it would have been hard to cook on it since there were only limited cooking supplies—it felt more like a marshmallow setup. The facilities were a fair walk from the barrel, and the toilet shared the same room as the shower, which felt awkward and would have benefited from separate spaces. It was expensive for what was basically posh camping. We’re not that tall, but anyone over 6ft should be warned about the bed length. We also had a very noisy group in the adjacent field; we couldn’t see them but could hear them, so it didn’t feel as secluded as it could have.

“Relaxing, peaceful and stunning.”

It’s a lovely quiet spot in rural England, very relaxing and peaceful. The owners communicated great. Nothing else! It’s a shame they’re not really suited for more than one person, as it would be a perfect escape to share with a partner or friend.

“Fair”

The location was good, but the toilets and showers were 150 metres away and our toilet broke during the night, soaking a bag of clean clothes.

“Private, cosy, beautiful”

The place was perfectly secluded, the bathroom was comfortable and clean, and everything was flawless.
