They advertised an inclusive parking spot, but when I arrived the lot was completely full. The front desk told me to find a parking garage in town and that I’d have to pay for it myself. That was really disappointing; a promised feature must be kept.

The location is right in the heart of the city, there’s street parking right outside, they serve free coffee in the afternoon, the staff are friendly and there’s an elevator.

The place feels a bit dated, but for a single night it was acceptable.

The breakfasts were excellent and the place sits just across the street from the underground railway station, making the city centre easily reachable; there’s a small but free car park, the overall cleanliness left a good impression and the staff were pleasant. I would definitely suggest staying here in Leipzig, although the only minor drawback was the absence of a small electric kettle in the room – you have to rely on the hot water and coffee available in the dining area until 21:00.
