The owner was very nice, the place was clean, and relatively cheap compared to nearby options. I managed to get a room during the local festival, when almost all guesthouses in the area were full. Importantly, there was also peace and quiet around. I recommend it! In the future, a fence or a taller greenery strip would help separate the property from street view.

We slept well thanks to comfortable mattresses, plus a clean new bathroom and a separate second toilet. The rooster outside the window crowed loudly in the morning, which was a bit annoying.

The location is quiet and the environment pleasant. The owner lady shows everything and points out where to find things. The luxury bathroom, comfortable room, and equipped kitchenette make it highly recommendable. There’s nothing to complain about, even without knowing Czech you can manage.
