Owner Cesare is a serious, helpful person who gave us excellent directions. Even though we got there late at night, he chose to greet us personally instead of leaving the key in the lockbox that opens with a code. That was truly appreciated.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Santa Fiora and felt absolutely comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, cozy and equipped with every comfort, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. A special thank you to Mr. Cesare, an extremely friendly, kind and always available person. From the moment we arrived he welcomed us with a smile and gave us valuable advice on restaurants, villages and places to visit, allowing us to enjoy this beautiful region to the fullest. His food recommendations turned out to be spot on! It’s really rare to meet such a caring and helpful host who makes you feel at home. If we return to Santa Fiora, it will definitely be our reference point. Highly recommended!

Great location, clean and very comfortable apartment (with more facilities than advertised). Lovely, accommodating hosts. Nothing else.
