I can’t even begin to describe it. Kelly at reception was phenomenal; the customer service was beyond excellent. The hotel itself was stunning, clean, and tidy, and the food arranged by Kelly was absolutely amazing. The location was superb, and we just loved the place. The room was a little small, but that was only a minor criticism, and we would stay in the same room again.

The breakfast, which was included in our rate, was top‑class with plenty of options that were beautifully presented. We used the hotel’s car park, and the hotel was just a 7‑minute walk from the train/underground station. Richmond Park and Kew Gardens were each less than a mile away. The room felt a bit small, but that was clear when we booked, and it was perfectly adequate for our needs. It was extremely clean, and the bathroom, which had an over‑bath shower, was spotless.

The location, housekeeping, staff attitude, and ambience were all excellent. The rooms were a bit tight, but they were great value for the price.
