Just amazing! The spot is right on the beach, clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view is beautiful, with plenty of seating on the patio, the beach, or inside the two cozy bedrooms, and the shower was nice. Bron’s cookies were delicious. I’d move in permanently if it were possible 🤩 The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the property has a stunning view of the lake. The owner is extremely friendly and they even had cookies waiting for us in our room that were absolutely to die for. Close to town but not right in the hustle and bustle. Definitely recommend. They should sell the cookies! I would have bought a dozen. They should open up a bakery for sure

Hands down the most amazing stay for us in NZ for many reasons! excellent location and very peaceful, the beds were absolutely divine and i think one of our beds was a king as well. The rooms were cosy and warm and even had great views from the bedrooms too. Loved the sunrise and sunsets on the water and your Afghan biscuits are absolutely delicious. we loved our stay so much and would be back in a heart beat!tku. Nothing

Close to the lake, parking is nearby, friendly owners, facilities include a BBQ and communal area in front of the house, a range of flyfishing lures and jigs for fishing, and the place has a strong fishing vibe around the lake.
