Spacious rooms offer air conditioning, safety deposit box, cable TV, and private bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, and bathrobes. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of the River Irtysh and several parks, with free parking and easy access to the Main Railway Station and Öskemen airport.

You can check out later than 12:00 without extra charge; I stayed 1.5 hours longer. There is a sauna and spa for free, but I didn’t use them. If hotels around cost 50 k per night, you’ll get the same quality for 21 k here. In the off‑season, the heating wasn’t on yet and the air‑conditioner didn’t heat properly, so it was all tired. Breakfast was average.

I always book here whenever I travel to Ust-Kamenogorsk for business; the location is superb. The staff are very friendly and always ready to solve any issue. Overall, everything is fine.
