“Ia little pricey but then again this is Austin Texas”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the location is not ideal.

They managed to give me the side‑by‑side rooms I asked for, and the staff were very friendly. I even checked in by phone early to lock in the rooms I wanted.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. Walking into the room felt like a jail cell, and I’m still trying to get a refund. The room was dark, dirty, smelled only of smoke, and the wall plugs had no covers so you could see all the wires.

Everything was perfect for my business trip.

The moment I entered the building, the odor was very strong and it looked far from clean; dogs barked all night, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, and the shower didn’t drain well.
