The pool was fine, but the room cleaning was poor when we arrived and the bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom wasn’t properly maintained and needed better cleanliness. The food options were disappointing, and the sweets lacked freshness and flavor. The beverage selection was limited and unimpressive. The overall organization of hotel services was messy and inefficient, causing unnecessary delays.

“Nagy csalódás volt.”

A tágas szoba. A szálloda pompásnak akar látszani, de a szobák kiábrándítóak. Tele barkácsmegoldásoķkal. A takarítás hagyott kívánni valót maga után. A fürdőszoba volt a legnagyobb csalódás, mert teljesen meglepő módon zuhanyzó helyett fürdőkád volt, amihez olcsó, gagyi zuhanyfüggöny párosult. Az idős édesanyámnak minden alkalommal komoly feladat volt bemásznia. A kád nem a lefolyó felé lejtett és a víz mindig megállt benne. A konyha teljesen egysíkú, a tájékoztató táblák itt-ott voltak kirakva, hogy mit eszünk. Ez nem az a szálloda, ahová visszamennék

“Senki ne menjen ide, borzalmas.”

We arrived to a completely different room than the one we paid for; the staff were indifferent and offered no solution or compensation. I didn’t want to thank them. The elevator broke on the second day, so we had to use the stairs. The food was unbearable, only capable of making one sick; moldy bread, dried scrambled eggs, disgusting meats that were served again at dinner only covered in tomato sauce. They never cleaned, and I had to ask for clean towels even when I saw the cleaners at the river. They were dirty and unhelpful. The rooms lacked smart TVs, had old furniture in bad condition, and water leaked from the toilet. The worst part is that the hotel looks beautiful from the outside, attracting guests, but anyone who wants a decent stay should avoid it.
