The hotel sits a 10‑minute walk from Mainz’s old town and a 20‑minute walk to the Cathedral. Nearby, Taberna Archaeologica (800 m) and Electoral Palace (1.2 km) are close, while Frankfurt Airport lies 23 km away.

The bedding was dirty and the toilet wasn’t clean.

The staff were professional and the room was great, and breakfast was amazing, but there was no place to store luggage and the area felt a bit unsafe at night when walking back to the hotel through the nearby tunnel, even though it’s close to the main rail station.

We arrived to a used room, and after complaining we were given a clean one.

Preis top, Lage ok zur Innenstadt, Frühstück auch ok. Keine Gepäckaufbewahrung. Das hat den ganzen Aufenthalt sehr getrübt. Wir mussten die Koffer am Bahnhof im Schließfach zwischenparken. Kein guter Gästeservice. Vielleicht einfach ein Zimmer weniger vermieten, dafür aber Gepäck sicher aufbewahren. Das ist für uns der Hauptgrund, dass Hotel weder noch einmal zu besuchen noch zu empfehlen
