The location was unbeatable and the area very quiet. The staff were courteous. The facilities were spacious, though some maintenance was needed—there was a noisy fridge in the room, but it could be turned off without trouble. It’s a good choice for a short stay. The only improvement would be to heat the pool so it could be used all year round.

The location and concept were great. The breakfast service was terrible, with food arriving late. The SKY service wasn’t available. The shower didn’t provide hot water, and the TV screen was very small.

The hotel’s concept and design are unique, with each part telling a story. The room was very comfortable and relaxing. I only wished the pool were longer, as it’s only about 7 m, but we still enjoyed it.

The spot is ideal for exploring Puebla, and the restaurant is excellent even when it's empty. Breakfast is pricey but tasty, though the service takes a long time. The bedding needs replacement, and the lower‑floor King rooms only have a tiny window that makes you feel cramped. The pool is unappealing and the whirlpool bath doesn’t work. The hotel tries to market itself as having unique rooms, but that’s not enough. Reception staff are limited.

The location is superb, the room comes with a fridge, parking is included, and the heated pool is nice. I wish the bar charges could be added to the room bill, my wife needed hair conditioner, and I always run out of bar soap.
