I first asked if they could separate the beds; they said yes but then charged me €15. Later I tried to get the spa package with the room, but they charged me for the robes and towels instead—unusual! We arrived around 2 pm and asked for something to eat, but they only had industrial‑style French fries. It was a shame. The hotel itself was fine, but the management was poor.

It was in the middle of nature, a place to relax and enjoy peace, and the services were good, but the furnishings were old‑fashioned.

The location is strategic, letting you reach all the beautiful villages of the Maremma in just a few minutes while staying away from any noise or light pollution. It’s a fairy‑tale spot, fully surrounded by greenery: if you’re lucky enough to leave the window slightly open, like we did, you’ll fall asleep to the gentle flow of the nearby stream. We even had the pleasure of spotting a little deer drinking water. The property is magnificent: the ancient Jewish baths are intimate and relaxing, and the SPA area is incredibly beautiful and fully equipped with everything from sauna to Turkish bath, salt room to relaxation zone. Everything is designed for guests’ wellbeing. The breakfast was exceptional, both sweet and savory, with many homemade cakes and tarts, delicious jams, croissants, homemade yogurt, and a delightful sweet ricotta that I recommend with the jams. It’s a marvel that energises you all morning and beyond! :) Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the entire staff, who made us feel at home from the first minute with friendliness, discretion and professionalism. We’ll definitely come back!

The hotel has historic and very unique baths with water at the perfect temperature, ideal for a restful break. The best part is that the phones have no reception, but the hotel provides excellent Wi‑Fi coverage. The location is great for visiting the fantastic nearby villages.

The breakfast was plentiful and the property sits in a tranquil oasis! The staff are always helpful and friendly! The only downside is that the on‑site restaurant should offer a more varied menu instead of a fixed one.
