The service was very prompt, rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. The only drawback is that breakfast is the same every day.
“A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the City”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was nestled in a quiet area of a bustling town. The hotel itself was a real gem, and the restaurant was a highlight of my trip, serving up mouth-watering dishes. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the local area.
“A Disappointing Experience Due to Staff Behavior”
Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the unfriendly attitude of the hotel staff, which made us feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Despite their initial warmth, their behavior changed significantly once we checked in, leaving a sour taste in our mouths.
“Should have kept a tissue box for the suite room. The sitting room sliding window lock was not working. Someone can ope”
The room was spacious. The price is very high for the level of service offered.

The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, making it a perfect place to rest after our late-night arrival at 2 am. The staff's welcoming demeanor only added to our positive experience.
