The room lock was stiff, insects flew in easily, and the drainage was slow.
I booked for two nights but only got one, and when I tried to switch rooms I couldn't get into the new one. I had to find a different room at 2 am because there was no front‑desk staff, and even after paying for both nights nobody was available. The next morning I asked for a refund and the hotel said the front‑desk had suddenly fallen ill. 😌
I had read that breakfast was included, so I asked at the front desk, but there was no breakfast at all. The area does have a convenience store, a supermarket, and many Korean restaurants, but if you’re looking for Vietnamese food, there’s nothing nearby.
The location is spot‑on in Phu My Hung, D7, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is good, it is close to many restaurants and convenience stores. 1. There were 2 live cockroaches that I found on 2 separate days. 1 in the toilet and 1 in the room. Additionally, there was a dead cricket that was not cleaned up even after 2 weeks. 2. Cigarette smoke goes into the toilet once in a while 3. Shower water needs 10 mins before it gets warm 4. Lobby has a foul smell
