The village location was perfect, with only a rooster’s crow breaking the silence at dawn :-). The place was nice, the apartment was comfortable and spacious, and the host cooked excellent dumplings in the “Mlynárova vínovica” during our stay. A short ski trip to Jasná and Štrbské Pleso, a well‑equipped kitchen, and especially the perfect beds meant we slept better than we had in a long time.

The surrounding views and quiet were lovely, and having our own relatively large apartment made it great for longer stays, not just short ones like many other available places. The property was tidy and well‑maintained, with an almost fully equipped kitchen. Two shops were nearby, and the Bryndzové Pirohy made by the owner were delicious. The only drawback was the driveway, made of small loose stones, which made it a bit hard to maneuver a big ADV motorcycle, but it was a minor issue that was manageable with extra care.

Beautiful surroundings, spacious rooms, and a pleasant housekeeper. The accessibility for various outings was great, and we enjoyed the stay even with four kids. Definitely recommend it for families.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner lady and kept in good contact with her via WhatsApp throughout. The apartment from the pictures exceeded our expectations – the kitchen was well‑equipped, the bathroom clean, the double beds large and comfortable, the area quiet, and the drive to Chopok was about 20 minutes.
