The location was convenient. I requested early check‑in when booking, but it wasn’t offered and I had to wait over an hour, which was frustrating since we were only in town for one night and needed time to explore.

Initial Welcome. Inconsistent Service

The staff were all excellent and polite, which was a bright spot. The room, however, was tiny and uncomfortable; when I checked in, water covered the walls and floor, making everything wet. I asked for an upgrade and was willing to pay extra, but the staff said all larger rooms were booked, so they offered another room of the same size. Exhausted after a long trip, I accepted it, only to find it equally disappointing: the bedsheets, blanket, pillows and other bedding had to be changed because they were dirty, and even the room‑service tray and plates looked like they had been used since 1972—extremely old and worn. It was a disgusting experience overall, and I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The stay was good overall, but the hotel needs to manage its own services; they provided something from outside instead.

The place was clean, the food was tasty, and the staff were friendly. The room lacked an outside view, and parking has been a bit hectic lately because of government restrictions, but I hope the hotel will sort it out soon. ☺️
