Hotel Zenith in Sunny Beach offers beachfront access, a pool. Rooms feature balconies with sea views, private bathrooms, flat‑screen TVs, work desks, and suites. The location is great, right in front of the beach and a bit quieter, yet still close to the promenade. The hotel had no air conditioning, or one in the room that didn’t work. A 4‑star hotel should have that as standard. The dining and pool areas were overall not very inviting and rather uncomfortable. Elevators sometimes didn’t work. The infinity pool could only be used for a fee and wasn’t very nice. The staff were rather unfriendly.

The food was varied and there was a lot to choose from. Breakfast and snack bars were great. A big plus was the excellent location of the hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. I also liked the clean and pleasant environment of the hotel and the overall atmosphere during the stay. The bar could have stayed open a little longer. The door was missing a “Do not disturb” sign. Regarding the food, it was often under‑seasoned. The rice was repeatedly over‑cooked and the potatoes inside were under‑cooked. During one week, one of the two elevators was out of service up to three times. The only thing missing is a private beach with loungers reserved for hotel guests.

Close to the sea, friendly staff. Our room did not have bathrobes or hygiene products. The room was dirty, the wallpaper was dirty in spots and torn. The walls were bulging, perhaps because there was a fire a few years ago; rooms on the sea side are significantly better.
