A buffet breakfast serves 07:30‑10:00, and the beach lies 150 m away with a dock for lake excursions.

The location was good, but I had to skip visiting the palace and the garden on Bella Island because the line on site was too long and the receptionist didn't tell me that 50 meters from the hotel there was an agency where I could buy tickets comfortably before boarding… What a pity!!

The location is magnificent, central on Place de la Mairie and facing the lake with a wonderful view. Parking is right across. Restaurants are 100 meters away.

The spot is super, right across from the ferry terminal, everything is very clean, the staff is friendly, the beds are good. The price/quality matches. Breakfast was good. The shower in the single room is far too small. The furnishings are old, well maintained, but lack charm.

The location is fine. The decor is sparse, old furniture, old bed linen, cracks in the walls, high price, no mirror in the bedroom, old electrical outlets, old decor throughout the common areas. The room had no view other than other people’s windows. It’s nowhere near a 3‑star property. Breakfast was appalling. In my opinion the room should not have been represented as such.
