Prado Luxury Hotel

“Un positionnement « Luxury » qui ne correspond pas à l’expérience”

The hotel sits right on Livadhi beach, quiet and away from the town center, and both the property and our room were clean; the private beach was nice and fairly good. Unfortunately, that’s about where the “luxury” stops – the finishes were far below what a place claiming that status should offer, and the service was basic, inattentive, and often without a smile; on the beach, service was almost nonexistent. It’s not necessarily a bad hotel, but the level of service clearly doesn’t match its claimed category, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re after a truly high‑end experience.

“Localização e estrutura ótimas FUNCIONÁRIOS pessimos !!!Servico muito aquém”

The location and new facilities were great, but the staff attitude was awful – they didn’t serve with enthusiasm, seemed ironic, and as if they were just there to fulfill a duty. The two breakfast attendants were horrible, rude and blunt. The only decent employee was Julian, though I’m not sure I spelled his name correctly.

The room was very large, clean and well maintained, and the beach was just a short walk down a small street. Overall, the hotel didn’t fully convince us; the staff friendliness was sometimes lacking, the breakfast was rather monotonous and sometimes not fully ready at the scheduled time. From our point of view, the hotel doesn’t meet the standard of a five‑star property – an elegant, white décor alone isn’t enough for a five‑star experience; attentive service, varied breakfast, and a cohesive offering are also required. The location is a bit off‑the‑beaten‑path, which brings quiet but can be less convenient and somewhat impractical without a car.

“Precioso hotel en Himara”

The suite was beautiful, super spacious with a private terrace, the pool area was unbeatable, the beach was gorgeous, it had private parking, and breakfast was very complete. The breakfast service itself still has a lot to improve.

The beach spot was perfect—wide stretch, great view, and the hotel itself felt upscale with roomy rooms and a stunning outlook. The bar staff were super polite, but the rules were tight: no outside food, and you couldn’t eat at the other hotel restaurants near the pool area, which made it a bit tough for families.
