The location, the facilities and the prices. They will send me to the third floor even though the second floor is available.

The room was spotless, and every area was under video surveillance – you could see everything on monitors at the reception. The ladies at the front desk kept our luggage after check‑out. Every floor had water dispensers, and the reception also offered mugs and hot water.

The hotel was clean and in a fantastic city location, and the price was unbeatable – definitely worth it. The room service fell short, and there was no breakfast.

The location is convenient, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Traffic and airplane noise can be loud at certain times, and the doors slam loudly, which many guests ignore.
