I liked the overall facilities, but we messed up the weekend and because of rain and cold I couldn’t enjoy the pool. The restaurant was good; I found the food variety excellent and the staff very attentive. I didn’t like the bed; it used two single mattresses and that creates a crease between them, which is uncomfortable for a couple and even for a single person. In the room I stayed, the shower didn’t heat well, which was disappointing because the weather wasn’t in our favor and the mountain area is very cold, so it ended up not being cozy. The TV wasn’t Smart, so it only offered free channels. The game room left something to be desired, with nothing planned for rainy and cold weather.

Housekeeping was spot on, staff were friendly, but the TV in my room kept glitching. The pool construction right in the middle of the hotel felt a bit unsafe.

“Lugar perfeito para descansar sem nenhuma preocupação”

Food was great, staff were helpful and friendly, the view was breathtaking, and it was a perfect escape from the daily grind. Plenty of family‑friendly activities. On the downside, the big room’s TV had no channels and wasn’t smart, so no Netflix, and the heated pool was still cold.

The food was good, and the hotel entertainer was attentive with the trail and everything. The floors were slick—felt like okra—so they needed a good wash. I booked a room with a bathtub, but the water was so scant that it took three hours to fill, so I never used it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the mattress left me and my husband with back pain.
