The atmosphere was calm and comfortable. The staff Bude & Pakde were very friendly, the process was quick, and renting a motorbike was already available.

We rented a motorcycle from the establishment and ended up stranded halfway because of a breakdown caused, according to the mechanic’s report, by poor maintenance. The bike had a worn-out part, and it also lacked oil and coolant, which was especially serious because it put our safety at risk. We had to take it to the mechanic, pay for the repair and replacement parts ourselves, and lose about three hours of our trip. As a result, we missed tickets for a show and a temple visit. The most disappointing part was the establishment’s response: when we reported the breakdown, they told us we had to cover the costs, saying, “you are responsible for everything that happens to the bike.” They offered no solution, alternative, or apology, and we are still waiting for the responsible person to contact us. A breakdown can happen, but what is totally unacceptable is the lack of responsibility and the poor customer service when a problem directly affected our safety and travel. For all this, we do not recommend this establishment, especially because of the reception’s attitude and the lack of solutions to a serious issue. The service and guest care were lacking. The cleaning was inadequate, there was no mosquito net, and they sprayed the room with insecticide that was almost impossible to breathe.
