I stayed in a very nice, spotless room with a terrace. The bathroom was small but fine, and everything needed was there. The door noise that others complain about (mid‑September) was completely absent, as were the air‑conditioners on the balcony and any street sounds, even with the windows closed. Checking in with the code worked flawlessly. The area is safe and close to the old centre. The only downside was the small, dated lift that belongs to the complex.

What a fantastic place! The room had just been renovated and you could see the meticulous attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need was there, especially the bathroom toiletries, slippers, and the mini‑kitchen in the corridor. The location was great, check‑in was easy, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable with a firm mattress and memory‑foam pillows. It was spotless. I asked how to pay the tourist tax by bank transfer and they sent a link right away. It surpassed my expectations and I can only recommend it. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is that the keypad locks for the rooms are unbearably loud and not muted. They should be able to contact a professional to silence them or switch to a different lock brand. We are heavy sleepers, so it didn’t bother us much, but it could be a major annoyance for others, especially those in room 1 right in front of the entrance door. That needs fixing.
