宿泊当日は部屋に1人でしたので深夜の帰りも気にせず過ごせました。 友人と飲む時に寝るだけなら利用する価値あり。 朝は古墳まで散歩してからチェックアウト。. 使い捨ての歯ブラシがあれば嬉しかったです。

“A very smooth and friendly experience!”

I really liked my stay at the guest house! The owner was the highlight of my visit. He speaks fluent English and genuinely enjoys chatting with travelers, and we ended up talking late into the night about all sorts of things. I stayed there for one night on my way to Mt Yoshino, and when I arrived only one other guest was there, so I got a room to myself by chance. It was comfortable enough, easy to reach from the train station, felt quite safe, and was close to a mall and a few restaurants. I had a good meal and met some nice locals at えびす亭 (but they only accept cash and PayPay). I highly recommend this place to other international travelers and English‑speakers! The only downside I noticed is that the beds are quite hard. Although they are on frames, the mattress itself is a thin futon and doesn’t cushion the wood much. I still slept well enough, but others might find it more difficult to get comfortable.

The owner was very kind and gave detailed information about sightseeing in the city. The room and bathroom were kept clean. There were no particular issues.

The guest house offered a home‑like hospitality that lifted the travel mood. The accommodation itself had no problems, but an unreasonable guest checked in around 10 pm, left the room door open, and played a video on his phone at high volume. The other guest that night was a nuisance.
