The staff were mostly friendly, but the room was dirty and infested with wasps and cockroaches, so I had to buy cleaning supplies and pest spray. I was charged a technology fee for internet at check‑in on Thursday, but the internet went out on Friday night and stayed down for 26 hours. I spent the whole week without internet and they kept saying it would be fixed, so I had to go elsewhere to work.

The room was clean, but there was trash left from the previous guest that smelled. There was no toilet paper and no trash can in the bathroom. I don’t think they ever mop the floors because every time I wipe them they’re still dirty. The dresser and table were also dirty. The bed squeaked and felt like wire was sticking in it; the mattress was uncomfortable because the side of the bed was very low. Overall, everything else was clean. I saw two roaches, but they’re usually everywhere. They handled the roach problem.

I never managed to get in; there was never any room available when I arrived, even though I booked early.

The room was clean, but there were roaches. You can’t book a room again while you’re staying there through any booking site, but you can book through the hotel directly, and the price is higher than booking through a site. I don’t understand why they do that; it’s the only hotel I know that does this.

The place was filthy—spiders, roaches in the fridge, walking across the ceiling, and in the bath. There was urine left in the toilet, the front desk was disrespectful, and they rented out a room that was infested with bugs and spiders fraudulently.
