The lobby staff greeted us with smiles and could converse in English, and there were three washer‑dryer‑dryer units in the laundry room beside the lobby, which was handy for a summer trip. We stayed in a four‑person room with large, comfortable beds and individual blankets; the room was much bigger than expected, making it very comfortable for a family of four. The bathtub was huge, the shower head delivered plenty of water, and the place is close to the Rong shopping district, so even if we bought a lot, a taxi back wasn’t expensive. The area nearby is a bit of a nightlife zone, making evenings somewhat noisy, the streets were a little dirty the next day, the metro station is a short walk away, and the nearest convenience store also requires a few minutes’ walk.

The employees were outstanding. The neighborhood has too many adult‑focused establishments, and some restaurants nearby give off a foul smell.

The staff were very friendly and showed a lot of patience with the kids. The area around the hotel is filled with adult‑oriented shops, making evenings unsuitable for going out.

The room was spotless and comfy, the facilities were great, and the area got livelier the later it got, with plenty of restaurants nearby; the location was truly convenient, and even though the morning floor was littered with some cigarette butts left the night before, it was still acceptable and the hotel felt like great value for money.
