I’ve stayed at Percy Wood Holiday Park three times now, and every visit feels just as great. The lodge looks modern, the facilities are user‑friendly, and the whole place feels super cosy and comfortable. When we first arrived, the Wi‑Fi was a little finicky, but the host was just a phone call away, very friendly and helpful, and we got it sorted quickly. Communication was spot‑on and the experience was a solid 10/10.

The location is good, but the level of damage was disappointing.

The caravan was spotless and had a lovely scent. I asked the host about the Wi‑Fi and heating, and they replied promptly and helpfully. There isn’t much to do on the site, but it’s a great base for a weekend getaway, and the hot tub was amazing. The only downside is the lack of sockets in the caravan; with all the electronics we need to charge, it was a bit of an issue. An extension cord would solve that.

Clean, great location, and a good hot tub. The van had a solid range of facilities. Unfortunately, there was no Wi‑Fi during our visit because of installation issues—hoping that’s fixed for future guests. The play park on site was also closed for maintenance, but that’s not the owners’ fault and hopefully it’s resolved.
